Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 7 days from the date of ordering. Please send us an email if you need an item sooner and we will do our best to accommodate this. Please note that due to the current circumstances deliveries may be delayed.
Packaging
All packaging we use is recyclable and we ship our artwork securely in bespoke padded boxes.
UK
Demi-frescoes and larger pieces will be delivered directly from our studio to you with a white-glove art courier. For smaller pieces (Midis and Fragments), shipping is with a specialist 48 hour courier service. Please contact the studio to make any other requests.
UK Delivery Costs for individual fresco panels are based on size and weight:
Demi: £240 p&p (white-glove, door-to-door)
Midi: £46 p&p
Fragment: £43 p&p
Europe & International
Please contact the studio for international shipping quotes and timeframes. Our bespoke boxes are secure and well-padded so are suitable for international delivery.
Returns: We do our very best to accurately represent our frescoes, and offer you the chance to have personal discussion with the artist, and video tours or viewings in the studio. We want everyone to be confident in their purchases. If for some reason you need to request a return please email studio@astermuro.co.uk.
All artwork will be inspected, well packaged, and signed off before shipment. Should any damage or issues occur during delivery, please send photographs immediately to studio@astermuro.co.uk and we will endeavour to deal with this as quickly as possible.
Should any damage occur in the future, Aster Muro are available to carry out repairs to frescoes at the collector’s cost and will supply an estimate after a task has been assessed.
Installation & Handling
Handling of the fresco panels should be careful and considerate. As with most artwork, the edges and corners are vulnerable if not handled properly. Installation of the panels is fairly straightforward (using the supplied french cleat or heavy duty picture hook/ ring), and we will supply guidelines for handling and installation that should be followed to avoid damage. If in doubt, please contact us and we will do our best to advise and help.
