Fresco Masterclasses

Tucked away in the beautiful foothills of a Welsh mountain at our studio near Abergavenny, you will have the opportunity to share in our unique artistic practice, learn new skills and use pigmented plaster to create your own fresco painting.

In the session, you will work closely with Charles, in a class of two, learning about our methods, tools and materials; developing ideas and experimenting with pigmented plaster, and creating your own piece of fresco artwork to take home.

These small classes have been planned so a quality and focused time is had, with an emphasis on practical time and 1-to-1 guidance. A colourful and nourishing artistic experience for you solo, or come with a friend!

2 places per day. Full day from 10am - 4pm.
All materials are included as are homemade refreshments for elevenses, lunch and tea.

Notes:

Before you arrive, you will be asked to create a simple moodboard or bring some inspirational images or words as a starting point for your creative work on the day. Guidance and examples for this will be sent in advance. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. Special dietary requirements are happily catered for. Parking is available at the studio.

If you are coming from further afield we can recommend places to stay and things to do, should you wish to make a weekend of it.
