Bursting with the energy of labour, resilience and perserverance, Ignition draws inspiration from the heat and fire of Herefordshire industry, old and new; from the blazing work of forge and grill; from the spirit of chef, worker and warrior; from elements of metal, earth and flame; from the industrial style of the restaurant renovations, and from the determination and passion of the brothers at the helm of the business.
